Welcome back to another year at French Blue and Peachy Pink !
After a much needed break away from everything normal I am back with fresh inspiration and stories to tell.
I have been taking time out since Christmas and New Year has passed to smell the roses. I think we all get caught up in the shopping, cooking, cleaning and visiting and we wear ourselves thin.
The Summer holidays see us taking a rest, relaxing and winding down after a hectic year. Books, movies, late breakfasts after a sleep in.....all blissful moments in my eyes. These are the things that I love best.
So without further ado I bring you all my Summer holiday.

A Day At The Beach
Building sandcastles,
A slow stroll along the shore searching for shells
Chasing seagulls,
Sun kissed skin,
BLISS
A slow stroll along the shore searching for shells
Chasing seagulls,
Sun kissed skin,
BLISS
Frothy white waves that have their own story to tell
Collecting shells.........
Finding precious life in the salty rock pools...
Exploring the ocean without a care in the world.....
and of course my mission as always....
to find something FRENCH BLUE AND PEACHY PINK.
I found the fishing line tied up in the salt bushes, I hunted and hunted for a peachy pink shell but didn't find one. As we left the beach I spotted the teensiest peachy pink little birthday candle holder in the soft sand. My mission was complete however how small my find !
and a beautiful gift from one of my little men in my life........He continued to draw love hearts in the sand all of the way up the beach for me. He is such a sweety !
So that was my beautiful day at the beach.
I sat and read my book, I squished my toes through the warm sand and I drank icy cold iced tea and munched on potato chips.
The children swam in the ocean, laughed, played and ran. All of the wonderful things that allow us to breath and enjoy our life.
xo
