Martha and Adelaide getting into the Christmas spirit !

These are 2 of the loves of my life, Miss Martha and Lady Adelaide.
These 2 kitty cats came to us one day after being dumped in a cardboard box in a neighbours yard. They were on their way to an animal shelter when I took them in.  I couldn't bare to part them so I made them a little bed in a cardboard box and before you know it they were part of the family.
They are in their twilight years now and spend most of their time basking in the sunshine or sprawled out on our couch.

                Merry Christmas from
         Miss Martha and Lady Adelaide

  1. oh my goodness!!!! they are so so sweet! i had two little ones that are now angels that were rescues also and they look so much like these little ones -- i am sitting here crying as i remember my angels -- Liam and Paulie -- these little ones are just so beautiful and thank you for rescuing them -- knowing that there are people like you in the world -- well it makes my heart happy! sending you and all of yours big holiday hugs!!! send me your addy to: (your real one : ) hugs...

  2. Hello sweet friend ! You always make me smile with your beautiful words. Maybe it's time for you to rescue some more kittycats ? I rescued these girls a week after giving birth to our 3rd child. It was insane really because I didn't have the time to give them like they deserved. Now days I couldn't imagine not having them. Martha is getting dementia but Adelaide is going strong and will eat anything in sight ! she's a Miss Piggy. Give yourself a Christmas treat and go to the shelter and find a new friend. Hugs right back at you x

  3. Those two sweet kitties were very lucky to be adopted by such a kind-hearted person.
